Aroma Kaz offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact hello@aromakaz.com and include your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
To assist with transit damage claims, we may request clear photographs of the item and packaging.
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, additional postage charges may apply for re-shipment.
