Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at karen@houseofcandles.com.au.

Please choose your items carefully prior to ordering. Should items be damaged in transit please submit photos within 48 hours of acceptance and signature of delivery. After this time frame all claims will be null and void. For items to be returned for refund that are damaged, incorrect or otherwise please contact customer support for a return post label and tracking number.

All returns are to be sent with tracking and signature that will supplied to you. Items returned by you in any other manner will not be refunded nor exchanged. Please note NO PHOTOS - NO EXCHANGE.

All return postage costs will be refunded by Aroma Kaz.

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect address details it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return postage costs back to Aroma Kaz. Should you require your products to be re posted again costs will be charged at weight rate by Australia Post.

Aroma Kaz uses Australia Post for domestic and for all International deliveries.
