Returns & Refunds

Please choose your items carefully prior to ordering as we do not refund nor accept returns purely because you do not like the scent.

Should items be damaged in transit please submit photos within 48 hours of acceptance and signature of delivery. After this time frame all claims will be null and void.

All returns are to be sent via Australia Post service with tracking and signature.

Items returned by you in any other manner other than as it was received will not be refunded nor exchanged. Please note NO PHOTOS - NO EXCHANGE.

Any damaged claims made that are deemed to be a waste of time returning will be either exchanged for the exact product or a credit is issued to your account.

If your parcel is returned due to incorrect address details there is a $10 RETURN TO SENDER fee.

Should you require your products to be re posted again costs will be charged at weight rate by Australia Post for domestic or DHL International rates. They will NOT be charged at the flat rate/free shipping rate.

Should you require a refund on returned goods that had a incorrect address details you will be charged return postage costs of $10 and a 20% restocking fee.
