Shipping & Delivery

Aroma Kaz offers free standard shipping Australia-wide on all products.

International shipping is available, with a subsidised international shipping and import-processing contribution calculated at checkout.

Express Post services are available within Australia for an additional cost.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment.

This allows time for product preparation, blending and packaging before shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Australia – Standard Shipping

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

As Aroma Kaz is based in the Northern Territory, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a collection notice and hold the parcel at your local post office for a limited time.

Parcels returned due to non-collection or incorrect delivery details may require additional postage fees for re-shipment.

Express Post – Australia Only

Express Post is available within Australia at an additional cost.

If you require Express Post, please contact us before placing your order to arrange payment and confirm availability.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched via Australia Post and transferred to the local postal carrier after arriving in the destination country.

International postage is subsidised by Aroma Kaz. The customer contribution is calculated at checkout according to the destination and packed order weight.

Estimated international delivery is approximately 20–28 business days after departure from Australia, depending on the destination, customs processing and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international destinations other than the USA, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, tariffs, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by their destination country that have not already been collected at checkout.

For orders shipped to the USA, applicable tariffs and import charges are covered by Aroma Kaz.

Customs requirements and import charges can change without notice. Aroma Kaz cannot control customs inspections, border processing or delays caused by customs authorities.

United States Customers

The international shipping and import-processing contribution shown at checkout includes an allowance towards applicable United States import tariffs and processing costs handled by Aroma Kaz through its postal and customs service.

United States customers should not ordinarily be asked to pay the covered tariff amount again upon delivery. If an unexpected tariff payment is requested, please contact Aroma Kaz before making payment.

Standard customs inspections may still occur, and delivery timeframes may vary.

Canada and Other International Destinations

Canadian and other international customers may be required to pay destination taxes, duties or import charges that have not been collected at checkout.

If a parcel is refused or returned because required destination charges were not paid, return postage and administrative costs may be deducted from the refund.

EU Customers

For parcels sent to the European Union, a full name and contact telephone number may be required for customs processing.

Holiday & Peak Periods

Orders are processed year-round. However, delivery timeframes may be extended during public holidays, peak postal periods, customs delays or unforeseen disruptions.
