Shipping & Delivery

Aroma Kaz offers free standard shipping worldwide on all products. Express Post services are available within Australia for an additional cost.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment.

This allows time for product preparation, blending and packaging before shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Australia – Standard Shipping

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

As Aroma Kaz is based in the Northern Territory, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a collection notice and hold the parcel at your local post office for a limited time.

Parcels returned due to non-collection or incorrect delivery details may require additional postage fees for re-shipment.

Express Post (Australia Only)

Express Post is available within Australia at an additional cost.

If you require Express shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange payment and confirm availability.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched via Australia Post and transferred to your local postal carrier once they arrive in your country.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 20–28 business days after departure from Australia, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, tariffs or import fees imposed by their country.

United States Customers

Any applicable US import tariffs or duties at the time of dispatch are covered by Aroma Kaz, meaning customers will not be charged additional tariff fees upon delivery.

Please note that standard customs inspections may still occur and delivery timeframes may vary.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges (where applicable outside the United States), any return shipping or administrative costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

EU Customers

For parcels sent to the European Union, a full name and contact phone number may be required for customs processing.

Holiday & Peak Periods

Orders are processed year-round; however delivery timeframes may be extended during public holidays, peak postal periods or unforeseen postal delays.
